JACS paper on protease transcription sensors
Congrats to Jin, Ian, and Dan on their JACS paper that was just accepted. This is the first demonstartion of the evolution and engineering of activity-responsive RNA polymerases, and demonstartes the utility of this new approach in mammalian systems. This is a foundational paper for the group, so way to go! Read more in our publications
