Lab receives NSF CAREER award
Thanks to everyone's hard work assembling a successful NSF CAREER proposal, which was just awarded from the National Science Foundation Division Of Molecular and Cellular Bioscience, Systems and Synthetic Biology Program. Funding through this honor will allow us to push our molecular evolution work toward important questions about the basic science of protein evolution. Great job everyone!
Congrats to Rahul for paper accepted in Nature Communications!
Rahuls' paper on the discovery and characterization of mitochondrial S-palmitoylation "eraser" proteins was just accepted in Nature Communications. I am incredibly proud of this work, as it required an immense amount of different experiments and a team of diverse scientists. Very excited to see it in "print" soon!
